Our Mission , Vision & Values

At Partners in Animal Welfare, we stand for the protection, education, and welfare of animals across our community. Our mission is rooted in compassion, responsibility, and advocacy, as we work to prevent animal cruelty and promote humane treatment. We believe in empowering individuals through education, supporting animal rescue efforts, and fostering a culture of empathy for all creatures. By collaborating with local organizations and providing resources on responsible pet care, we aim to create a safer, more compassionate environment for animals in upstate New York and beyond.

Our Purpose at Partners in Animal Welfare is to provide comprehensive animal welfare education throughout the region. We aim to foster a compassionate community by offering resources and programs that teach responsible pet ownership, humane treatment of animals, and the prevention of cruelty.

Through workshops, school programs, and public outreach, we empower individuals to make informed decisions regarding animal care and advocacy. Our goal is to create a better future for both animals and humans by promoting empathy, understanding, and responsible stewardship of animals across Upstate New York.

Jennifer met Jamie Hyer of Hyer Ground Rescue and appreciated their mission of rescuing animals in need and advocating for stronger animal protection laws. An alliance was established, and this partnership marks the initial phase in a campaign dedicated to rescue efforts, humane education and advocating for legislative change. We warmly invite everyone, including animal lovers and animal advocacy professionals, to join us.
